OPEN HOUSE VAULT

1/7/24 - 3:30-5pm ET

2/14/24 - 7-8:30pm

3/3/24 - 4-5:30pm ET

4/7/24 - 4-5:30pm ET

5/1/24 - 4-5:30pm ET

    • You do not need to attend every session. There is no attendance. Eric and/or Rachael will always be in attendance as hosts AND creators.

    • Choose to participate or simply observe. You are the artist of your experience—we are simply hosting the sacred quiet room (Vault).

    • Please note that we will be on camera together AND you always have access to optionally turn off (or turn around) your video.

    • All participants will be muted EXCEPT the first 5 minutes of the 90.

    • NOTHING WILL BE RECORDED.

    • Public zoom rooms are mysterious—could be a mini, moderate or massive attendance—could be strangers and/or familiars, awkweirdos and zippity-do-das alike. Come one come all so long as you come to honor yourself and your physical and emotional needs

    • Log into Zoom with your unique Vault zoom-link. We prefer you are punctual. It is valuable to start together and yes, you may still come if you are late, you may also leave early.

    • If you choose to listen to (or save) our uniquely curated VAULT Spotify Playlist for the week, it will be linked in the chat.

    • You’ll be otherwise reminded to turn off your phone and remove distractions.

    • Guided by Rae and Eric, we will enjoy our connection-block where we share a quote, a brief orientation, a Tarot pull, and an opportunity for participants to share aloud: your name, location, and what you intend to practice as your creative-habit during our Vault time.

    • We will begin the creative-block (approx. 80 mins) with open space for the muses to play with us all.  You may come on and off video, all sound and chats will be muted.

    • In the last 5 mins, we will close with a connection block where you’ll be able to share what you felt and made-manifest during the Vault.  You do not have to “show and tell” anything, but you may.

    • Vaulting can serve the curious explorer who is open to inspiration in our community and from within.

    • Think of it like an open forum art-block. Our strong suggestion is that you choose to bring something FUN into the VAULT, something that LIGHTS UP YOUR HEART.

    • Something that feels YUUMMMMMY, maybe something you’ve been resisting, maybe even something that feels like a stretch or a wild idea.

    • If you are stuck, listen to others in the Vault for great ideas or check out Aerosha’s "Palette of Possibilities: Prompts for Creative Exploration" — our workbook and audio inspirations for anytime-artistic-access.

    • Are you a human alive on earth at this time?  Our perspective is that we are all artists in practice.  The nudge is to begin recognizing yourself as such, without the attachment to product, commerce, or outcome.

    • TRULY anyone who is looking for scheduled creative-time in their week can benefit from Vaulting.

    • We will not be presenting or teaching, but one or both of us will be facilitating and guiding the Vault as fellow members of the group!

    • All Vaulters are welcome to book a private creative-consultation with Rachael or Eric anytime. We love 1:1 time!
